Valley College Curriculum
Learners in Valley College are aged between 18 – 25 years old and are taught according to the pathways at entry level.
Our entire college curriculum is specifically designed to meet the needs of adult learners with high needs. This specialisation allows us to design and deliver highly targeted pathways and effectively meet individual needs. Our curriculum is designed to address our Preparation for Adulthood, Citizenship and Employment (PACE) agenda. Three learning pathways have been developed https://www.valleycollege.co.uk/our-curriculum :
(i) Pathway to Independence
(ii) Pathway to Employability
(iii) Pathway to Employment
Within each pathway our 3 strand curriculum model addresses the formal learning, developmental and additional needs of each learner.
